How to use Hobart HO210G1 parts list properly?

Recently I purchased a used Hobart HO210G1 for my kitchen. The seller warned me right away that some parts needed to be replaced, and said that it wouldn't cost much. Overall, the it was in good condition. After taking it apart, I found the parts that need replacing, but I don’t know how to find them. I doubt I’ll find the right part by searching “square microchip.” I found a parts list on manualmachine.com, but it looks complicated. There are diagrams and part numbers, as well as sections labeled "blower" or "burner," but I'm not sure how to read them correctly or how to determine exactly which part I need since I can't see any markings on the parts themselves. Is there an easier way to understand these lists so that I don't end up ordering the wrong thing?

I’ve encountered this issue when purchasing used appliances myself-these parts lists can appear complicated at first. The easiest way to navigate them is to first identify the assembly where the part is located. For example, it could be the burner or blower. Then, find its position on the diagram. There’s a number next to each component. Use that number to look up the name and part number in the table. I usually check manualmachine.com and compare it with online photos at the same time. If there’s no marking, identify the part by its shape and location.
